Starting from Secunderabad on 12/02/2025 to Prayagraj for mahaKumbh. Taking 12771 to Nagpur and then a bus from Nagpur at 3;30PM on 13/02/2025.
Till a few months ago, I didnt know of Mahakumbh. However,as it started, something in me itched to take this trip. I am going alone.
While I could afford a flight (which costs around 40k Roundtrip),I chose train and flight.Two main reasons for the same
- Spirituality should not be expensive
- The trip gives me personal time and space
There were lot of challenges which could dettered me. Be it work schedule ( we have a golive next week), personal (I have grahapravesam of my nes house on 23 feb) or external (heavy crowd and traffic for Kumbh).
However,an inner voice told me to still persist it. Taking the trip trusting the god.
Last decades has been a awakening experience for me. I could sense myself distancing from most of the worldly pleasures. Hope the Mahakumbh make me better.
I purposely made it a frugal trip by taking sleeper in one way. For the bus, only AC buses were available. Though I have motion sickness, I didn’t have any other choice than choosing AC buses. Only conscious expensive one was 3AC while returning from Nagpur to Hyderabad.
